Sunstroke is a debuff in Stranded Deep. It almost doubles the rate at which you lose water, hunger is barely affected. Conveniently, it is considered the most trivial of all debuffs, since it is really easy to cure - you can either take some cover for a bit and wait until your sun exposure bar goes up again, consume an Aloe plant, to completely remove your current sun exposure, or use up an Aloe Salve, which gives you protection from the sun for a limited amount of time.
