The bat is an airborne creature in Stranded Deep. They are often found randomly flying around any island during the night.
Description[]
Bat is a passive flying creature. Bats are usually seen flying in flocks during the night, circling around the island. They can occasionally descend and hang off palm trees to rest. Bats do not flee from approaching players. Although it is a flying creature, bats will not land and get trapped on a bird snare.
The player can kill and skin the bat with a refined knife.
Strategy[]
The easiest way to kill a bat would be by using melee weapons or throwing spears at them when they're hanging on the palm trees.
Killing flying bats is unrecommended. When bats fly, their movement is hard to predict, making them almost impossible to hit in the air.
